How to be in an elevated state of consciousness

Humans have flaws. We are not perfect. But there's a difference between knowing you are flawed imperfect, built at the mercy of your environment of your upbringing, of the social surroundings you're in, the job... versus being aware of it all.

Being aware of your own thought, feelings and emotions and of others, being able to see your own perceptions about yourself, your surrounding and your life versus others perception of life is being awaken to the truth.

The Truth is neither right or wrong, or of bad versus good.

It is being open to see and to be aware of your own thoughts and ways of dealing things and how others do it. Knowing these differences and accepting it as how life has molded your own thought forms and the thought forms of others and the stark differences of it all is called to be awaken, open and aware and accepting it as just as it is.

When you are open, awake and aware of truth, not your truth or other people's truth but just to the reality of what is: it takes you into a whole new paradigm of 'being'.

'Being' in an elevated state of consciousness. This is what is called to be awakened. To be aware of who you are in all your thought forms and ways, and the difference in others thought forms and ways and accepting it to be what it is without judging without seeing it as good versus bad or putting our human ego in the fore front, of judging what is right or wrong or worse who is better.

It's time to move away from the linear thought form of hierarchy and look at ourselves and others in a nonlinear point of acceptance, with our differences and unique ways.

To see others as how they are molded and their choices in life and with compassionate hearts, to understand and accept.

To know we are all learning and growing together and we are letting our spirit/mind/ancestors way of life and thought forms ( all three are meshed together) lead the way, grow and embrace our uniqueness.

The truth is we all have the choice of how to be; how to behave, how to be kind or loving or not to others. It's our choice. It's our free will in this life and it's our path to growth. Our spirit and our human-ness ( loving beings of light ) are growing everyday.

Our consciousness is an intelligence, we are a part of creator/God's light and what blocks us to see the truth and having compassion understanding and forgiveness in ourselves and for others is our human ego.

A lot have been said about the 'ego', that it helps us to be a better human to move forward in life and achieve what you desire, that is true, but I'm not talking about our desire to be better or improve ourselves; it is about being open and aware of yourself as a human and how your emotions and thought forms controls and have molded how you see the world and how you can change that or see that openly, truthfully and fearlessly without hiding from the truth because the ego thinks it knows better, it hides and judges others, unwilling to look at its own self it's own being; afraid of its own shadow.

Not judging how you perceive and understand things in your life, but learning and being open to see where is these thoughts, emotions and behaviors coming from, understanding it and being open to accept it without putting a blame on anyone. And if you wish, to heal what needs to be healed.

An elevated state of consciousness is described in its entirety in this quote ,

“Love is misunderstood to be an emotion. Actually…It's a state of awareness, a way of being in the world, a way of seeing oneself and others.” - Dr. David H.
