S.O.S (Save our souls)

There are spirits that are stuck on earth. They have no place to turn to, they neither feel they belong here nor can they go into the light. They may feel they are not ready to leave love ones behind, afraid to go into the light because of their religious beliefs and feel they are not worthy, they may feel confused and alone traumatized with their human life before that and  the ejection or separation from their body was too much for them to handle. I don't have all the answers it's part of life mysteries but I know prayers , cleansing and some mediums or spiritual worker are able to help them back into the light, into heaven where all souls reside.

I can't remember the first time it happened but I have helped spirit cross over a few times into the light. What I am able to remember clearly  is on one occasion that happened a few months ago.  We were in another country for a few months. We were staying at an apartment on a very high floor. For a few days, I think 2 days , I had a feeling that there were some energy  in an area where the cupboards were, next to the bathroom. I couldn't pin point in the beginning what I felt,  it was just an uneasiness in me, I  few times throughout the day I finally  felt the presence of some spirit in there. I felt it calling me or sending it's energy towards me.

I went to bed at night feeling a bit restless, but didn't let it bother me so much. Next day  I was washing the dishes and I felt a spirit presence next to me, (this all happened organically and naturally and I let my higher self take the lead, although I the human me sees and understand what is happening, my higher self was in charge and this felt natural to me, all this happened and felt like I'm in another dimension and I see hear feel and understand the situation from my inner spiritual senses, it was like being in a bubble ) so next I told the spirit telepathically to not be afraid , I promise you it will be ok, it is safe. I promise. I was telling her urging and persuading her that everything is going to be ok for her and to not be afraid. ( This was all done energetically as in the spirit world you don't need words you use energy to communicate to each other, it also all happened within a minute it was happening very fast. )  I then see the light and felt , see her go into the light and the light went further away, next I felt and saw an angel bowing next to me to send heavens gratitude. I acknowledge it , saw the angels who was looking like a faded light and a soft barely seen figure but I see and feel it's presence. I understood,  that it's done. I send my thanks to the light and angels and know she is now safe, I felt it was a female energy. I then felt the spirit expressing to me her gratitude thanking me.

I felt the joy in her and the freedom to finally find and feel joy in the light. She's now safe.

I felt that her spirit has been confused and afraid to be here on earth, feeling stuck.

That was an encounter I had that still felt vivid to me. I wish I wrote down those times I went through similar experiences. At those times, it felt natural to me too do what I was doing.  Although my human self understood what was going on , it also wasn't questioning it or was it in anyway confused. I meant I was a little bit awaken by the experience but somehow I also understood it was a natural part of me. My heart understood it. My brain didn't know what to do, I can't say or explain it to anybody and I just let it be.

When these episodes happens,  It's hard to explain but it's like I'm in between two world, I know I'm human but I also know I'm a spirit , in a spirit world - and I did what I was able to do spiritually.
